Tawny Frogmouth

Natural Habitat

Population found in all of Australia in most habitat types. They often hide on branches as they are well camouflaged 


Tawny Frogmouths eat a variety of invertebrates and small vertebrates and, on occasion, snakes.


Threat Level: Least Concern

Currently the wild population is stable
